มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่ 2 ตุลาคม 2026 (พ.ศ. 2569)

Wanderia เป็นเกมออนไลน์ที่พัฒนาและดูแลโดยนักพัฒนาอิสระในประเทศไทย ("เรา") เมื่อคุณสมัครบัญชี ซื้อ Cash Point หรือเล่นเกม ถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ ถ้าไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาอย่าใช้บริการ

1บัญชีของคุณ

  • คุณต้องมีอายุอย่างน้อย 13 ปี ถ้าอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี (ผู้เยาว์ตามกฎหมายไทย) ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองก่อนสมัครและก่อนซื้อ Cash Point
  • เก็บรหัสผ่านไว้เป็นความลับ คุณต้องรับผิดชอบทุกสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นในบัญชีของคุณ ทีมงานจะไม่ขอรหัสผ่านของคุณเด็ดขาด
  • หนึ่งบัญชีต่อหนึ่งคน ห้ามขาย แลก แชร์ หรือซื้อบัญชี
  • ห้ามตั้งชื่อบัญชีหรือชื่อตัวละครที่หยาบคาย เหยียด หรือแอบอ้างเป็นผู้อื่น เราอาจขอให้เปลี่ยนหรือเปลี่ยนให้

2กติกาการเล่น

ห้าม:

  • ใช้โปรแกรมโกง บอท มาโคร สปีดแฮ็ก โปรแกรมแก้แพ็กเก็ต หรือโปรแกรมใดๆ ที่ทำให้ได้เปรียบอย่างไม่เป็นธรรม หรือดัดแปลงไฟล์เกม
  • จงใจใช้ประโยชน์จากบั๊ก ถ้าเจอบั๊กให้รายงานผ่านระบบรายงานในเกม
  • ซื้อขายไอเทม Zeny ตัวละคร หรือบัญชีด้วยเงินจริงหรือสิ่งของนอกเกม (RMT) นอกเหนือจาก Cash Shop ทางการ
  • ก่อกวน ข่มขู่ ด่าทอผู้เล่นอื่น หรือโพสต์เนื้อหาที่สร้างความเกลียดชัง ลามก หรือผิดกฎหมาย
  • หลอกลวงผู้เล่นอื่น แอบอ้างเป็นทีมงาน หรือพยายามขอรหัสผ่านของผู้อื่น
  • โจมตี ทำให้เซิร์ฟเวอร์ล่ม หรือพยายามเจาะระบบของเรา

3การลงโทษ

ถ้าคุณทำผิดกติกา เราอาจตักเตือน ปิดแชท ระงับบัญชีชั่วคราว แบนถาวร และ/หรือยึดไอเทม Zeny หรือ Cash Point ที่ได้มาอย่างไม่เป็นธรรม ตามความร้ายแรงของการกระทำ บัญชีที่ถูกแบนเพราะทำผิดกติกาจะไม่ได้รับเงินคืนสำหรับ Cash Point ที่เหลืออยู่ เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น ถ้าคิดว่าถูกลงโทษผิดพลาด ติดต่อเราทางอีเมลด้านล่างได้

4Cash Point และของในเกม

  • Cash Point, Star Point, Zeny, ไอเทม และตัวละคร เป็นสิทธิ์ในการใช้เนื้อหาภายในเกมเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่ทรัพย์สินจริงของคุณ และไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินจริง
  • Cash Point แลกกลับเป็นเงินสดไม่ได้ และโอนให้บัญชีอื่นไม่ได้
  • Cash Point ใช้ซื้อของเพื่อความสะดวกและความสวยงาม เช่น ยาเพิ่ม EXP/ดรอป คูปอง ช่องตัวละครเพิ่ม และ Star Point สำหรับรีเซ็ตสเตตัส/สกิล
  • ราคาแสดงเป็นเงินบาท (THB) และชำระผ่าน PayPal Cash Point จะเข้าบัญชีทันทีหลังชำระสำเร็จ
  • เราอาจปรับสมดุล เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือนำเนื้อหาและไอเทมออก เพื่อให้เกมยุติธรรมและสนุก

5การซื้อและการคืนเงิน

การซื้อ Cash Point ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด ยกเว้นกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนด หรือมีการตัดเงินซ้ำ / จ่ายแล้วไม่ได้รับ Cash Point รายละเอียดและวิธีขอคืนเงินดูที่ นโยบายการคืนเงิน

6ระบบป้องกันการโกง

เวอร์ชัน PC อาจใช้ Easy Anti-Cheat ของ Epic Games ซึ่งทำงานขณะเปิดเกมเพื่อตรวจหาโปรแกรมโกง การเล่นเกมถือว่าคุณยินยอมให้ระบบนี้ทำงาน รายละเอียดข้อมูลที่เก็บดูที่ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

7การให้บริการ

  • เกมยังพัฒนาอยู่ ระบบ ความสมดุล และข้อมูลอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ ช่วงทดสอบอาจมีการรีเซ็ตความคืบหน้า ซึ่งเราจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าเมื่อทำได้
  • เราพยายามให้เซิร์ฟเวอร์เปิดตลอด แต่ไม่สามารถรับประกันได้ว่าจะไม่มีการปิดปรับปรุงหรือข้อผิดพลาด
  • ถ้าเราจะปิดเกม เราจะแจ้งในเกมและบนเว็บไซต์ล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วัน และหยุดขาย Cash Point ทันทีที่ประกาศ

8ลิขสิทธิ์

ตัวเกม ภาพ เสียง โค้ด และชื่อต่างๆ เป็นของเราหรือผู้ให้สิทธิ์ คุณแชร์ภาพหน้าจอและวิดีโอการเล่นได้ รวมถึงช่องที่มีรายได้ ตราบใดที่ไม่ทำให้เข้าใจว่าเราเป็นผู้สนับสนุนคุณ

9ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม การสูญหายของข้อมูลหรือของในเกม หรือปัญหาที่เกิดจากอุปกรณ์ อินเทอร์เน็ต หรือผู้เล่นคนอื่น เงื่อนไขนี้ไม่ได้ตัดสิทธิ์ใดๆ ที่คุณมีตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค

10การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข

เราอาจปรับปรุงเงื่อนไขนี้ โดยจะแก้วันที่มีผลด้านบนและแจ้งในเกมเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ การเล่นต่อหลังจากนั้นถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขใหม่

Wanderia Terms of Service

Effective from 2 October 2026

Wanderia is an online game developed and run by an independent developer in Thailand ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying Cash Points or playing the game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

In short: play fair, no cheats, no bots, no selling game items for real money. Cash Points have no real-money value and cannot be transferred. If you break the rules we may ban your account.

1Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old. If you are a minor where you live (under 20 in Thailand), you need a parent's or guardian's permission to sign up and to buy Cash Points.
  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account. Staff will never ask for your password.
  • One person per account. Do not sell, trade, share or buy accounts.
  • Account and character names must not be offensive, hateful or impersonate someone. We may ask you to change one, or change it for you.

2Rules of play

You must not:

  • use cheats, bots, macros, speed hacks, packet editors or any other software that gives an unfair advantage, or modify the game files;
  • exploit bugs on purpose. Please report them with the in-game report button instead;
  • buy or sell items, Zeny, characters or accounts for real money or anything outside the game ("RMT"), other than through the official Cash Shop;
  • harass, threaten or insult other players, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content;
  • scam other players, pretend to be staff, or try to get other people's passwords;
  • attack, overload or try to break into our servers.

3Enforcement

If you break these rules we may warn you, mute you, suspend or permanently ban your account, and/or remove items, Zeny or Cash Points gained unfairly, depending on how serious it is. Accounts banned for breaking the rules do not get a refund for remaining Cash Points, unless the law says otherwise. If you think we made a mistake, contact us at the email below.

4Cash Points and in-game items

  • Cash Points, Star Points, Zeny, items and characters are a limited licence to use content inside the game. They are not your real property and have no real-money value.
  • Cash Points cannot be exchanged back for money and cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Cash Points buy convenience and cosmetic items, such as EXP/drop boost potions, coupons, extra character slots and Star Points for stat/skill resets.
  • Prices are shown in Thai baht (THB) and paid through PayPal. Cash Points are added to your account right after the payment succeeds.
  • We may rebalance, change or remove content and items to keep the game fair and fun.

5Purchases and refunds

Cash Point purchases are final, except where the law requires a refund or when a payment was duplicated or the Cash Points were not delivered. See the Refund Policy for details and how to ask for a refund.

6Anti-cheat

The PC version may use Easy Anti-Cheat by Epic Games, which runs while the game is open to detect cheating software. By playing you agree to it running. See the Privacy Policy for what it collects.

7The service

  • The game is in active development. Features, balance and data may change, and test phases may reset progress. We will announce resets in advance when we can.
  • We try to keep the servers online but cannot promise the game will always be available or free of errors.
  • If we close the game, we will announce it in the game and on this website at least 30 days in advance, and stop selling Cash Points as soon as we announce it.

8Ownership

The game, its art, music, code and names belong to us or our licensors. You may share screenshots and videos of your play, including on channels that earn money, as long as you do not suggest that we endorse you.

9Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or virtual items, or problems caused by your device, your internet connection or other players. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and tell players in the game about important changes. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.
