มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่ 2 ตุลาคม 2026 (พ.ศ. 2569)

นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเกม Wanderia เก็บข้อมูลอะไร เพื่ออะไร เก็บนานแค่ไหน และคุณมีสิทธิ์อะไรบ้าง ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลคือนักพัฒนาอิสระผู้ดูแล Wanderia ในประเทศไทย ("เรา") เราปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

สรุปสั้นๆ: เราเก็บเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการเล่นเกม ไม่ขายข้อมูล ไม่ใช้ตัวติดตามโฆษณา และไม่เคยเห็นหรือเก็บข้อมูลบัตรของคุณ (PayPal เป็นผู้รับชำระเงิน)

1ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

  • บัญชี: ชื่อบัญชี และรหัสผ่านซึ่งเก็บเป็นค่าแฮชทางเดียวพร้อม salt เท่านั้น (เราไม่เห็นรหัสผ่านจริงของคุณ) วันที่สมัคร เวลาเข้าเกมล่าสุด และสถานะการแบน
  • อีเมล (ถ้าคุณให้มา): เช่น เมื่อคุณติดต่อเราหรือขอคืนเงิน เพื่อใช้ตอบกลับและยืนยันตัวตน
  • ข้อมูลในเกม: ตัวละคร ไอเทม Zeny เควสต์ เพื่อน ปาร์ตี้ กิลด์ การซื้อขาย และบันทึกการเล่น (gameplay logs) เช่น การซื้อขาย การใช้ Cash Point และเหตุการณ์ที่ระบบกันโกงตรวจพบ
  • แชท: ข้อความที่ส่งถึงผู้เล่นอื่น ข้อความที่ถูกรายงานว่าไม่เหมาะสมอาจถูกเก็บไว้เป็นหลักฐาน
  • รายงานปัญหา/บั๊ก: ข้อความที่คุณเขียน ภาพหน้าจอ (ถ้าแนบ) ชื่อตัวละคร ตำแหน่งในเกม และข้อมูลเครื่องและเกม (ระบบปฏิบัติการ รุ่นอุปกรณ์ การ์ดจอ หน่วยความจำ ขนาดจอ เวอร์ชันเกม ค่า ping และบันทึกการทำงานล่าสุดของตัวเกม) ซึ่งจะถูกส่งเข้าอีเมลของทีมงานด้วย
  • การเชื่อมต่อ: หมายเลข IP เวลาเชื่อมต่อ และข้อมูลทางเทคนิค เพื่อกันการโจมตี จำกัดการเดารหัสผ่าน และแก้ปัญหาเครือข่าย
  • การซื้อ: จำนวนเงิน วันที่ จำนวน Cash Point และหมายเลขรายการจาก PayPal
  • ระบบกันโกง (PC): ดูข้อ 3

2การชำระเงิน

การชำระเงินทำผ่าน PayPal ทั้งหมด เราไม่ได้รับและไม่เก็บข้อมูลบัตรเครดิตหรือบัญชีธนาคารของคุณ เราได้รับเพียงรายละเอียดรายการที่ PayPal ส่งมา เช่น หมายเลขรายการ จำนวนเงิน และสถานะ การใช้ข้อมูลของ PayPal เป็นไปตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของ PayPal

3ระบบป้องกันการโกง

4เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่ออะไร

  • ให้บริการเกม บันทึกความคืบหน้า และส่ง Cash Point ที่คุณซื้อ (จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการตามสัญญา)
  • รักษาความปลอดภัย กันการโกง และบังคับใช้เงื่อนไขการใช้งาน (ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย)
  • ตอบคำถาม แก้บั๊ก และจัดการคำขอคืนเงิน
  • เก็บหลักฐานทางบัญชีและภาษีตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ไม่ใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อโฆษณา และไม่ใช้คุกกี้ติดตาม เว็บไซต์ใช้ที่เก็บข้อมูลในเบราว์เซอร์ (localStorage) เพื่อจำภาษา โหมดมืด และการเข้าสู่ระบบเท่านั้น

5ใครเห็นข้อมูลบ้าง

  • ทีมงานที่จำเป็นต้องใช้เพื่อดูแลเกมและช่วยเหลือผู้เล่น
  • ผู้ให้บริการที่ช่วยเราให้บริการ: ผู้ให้บริการเซิร์ฟเวอร์และสำรองข้อมูล PayPal (การชำระเงิน) Epic Games (Easy Anti-Cheat) และผู้ให้บริการอีเมล (รายงานปัญหาและการติดต่อ)
  • หน่วยงานรัฐ เมื่อกฎหมายบังคับเท่านั้น

ผู้ให้บริการบางรายอาจเก็บข้อมูลไว้นอกประเทศไทย เราเลือกใช้ผู้ให้บริการที่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เหมาะสม

6เก็บนานแค่ไหน

  • ข้อมูลบัญชีและข้อมูลในเกม: ตลอดที่บัญชียังอยู่ ถ้าคุณขอลบบัญชี เราจะลบภายใน 30 วัน
  • บันทึกการซื้อ: ตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายบัญชีและภาษีกำหนด (โดยทั่วไปไม่เกิน 10 ปี) แม้บัญชีจะถูกลบแล้ว
  • IP บันทึกเซิร์ฟเวอร์ แชท และบันทึกการเล่น: ไม่เกิน 90 วัน ยกเว้นข้อมูลที่ต้องใช้ในการสอบสวนการโกงหรือการละเมิด ซึ่งเก็บจนกว่าเรื่องจะจบ
  • รายงานปัญหาและอีเมลติดต่อ: ไม่เกิน 2 ปี

7สิทธิ์ของคุณ

คุณมีสิทธิ์ขอเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา แก้ไข ขอโอนย้าย ขอลบ คัดค้าน หรือขอจำกัดการใช้ข้อมูลของคุณ ส่งคำขอทางอีเมลพร้อมชื่อบัญชี เราอาจขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเพื่อยืนยันว่าเป็นเจ้าของบัญชีจริง และจะตอบภายใน 30 วัน คุณยังร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ได้

8เด็ก

Wanderia ไม่ได้ออกแบบมาสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี ถ้าเราพบว่ามีข้อมูลของเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปีโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง เราจะลบข้อมูลนั้น

9ความปลอดภัย

รหัสผ่านถูกแฮชด้วย PBKDF2 และ salt เฉพาะตัว เว็บไซต์ใช้ HTTPS และการกระทำของแอดมินถูกบันทึกไว้ ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัย 100% กรุณาใช้รหัสผ่านที่ไม่ซ้ำกับที่อื่น

10การเปลี่ยนแปลงและการติดต่อ

เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ เราจะแก้วันที่มีผลด้านบนและแจ้งในเกม คำถามหรือคำขอเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ติดต่อ [email protected]

Wanderia Privacy Policy

Effective from 2 October 2026

This policy explains what data Wanderia collects, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are. The data controller is the independent developer who runs Wanderia in Thailand ("we", "us"). We follow Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

In short: we only collect what the game needs, we do not sell data, we do not use advertising trackers, and we never see or store your card details (PayPal handles payments).

1What we collect

  • Account: your username, and your password stored only as a salted one-way hash (we never see your actual password); sign-up date, last login time and ban status.
  • Email (if you give it to us): for example when you contact us or ask for a refund, so we can reply and confirm it is you.
  • Game data: characters, items, Zeny, quests, friends, parties, guilds, trades, and gameplay logs such as trades, Cash Point use and events flagged by anti-cheat checks.
  • Chat: messages you send to other players. Messages reported as abusive may be kept as evidence.
  • Bug and player reports: what you write, a screenshot (if attached), your character name, in-game location and technical info (operating system, device model, graphics card, memory, screen size, game version, ping and the recent game client log). Reports are also sent to our support email.
  • Connection data: IP address, connection times and technical data, used to block attacks, limit password guessing and fix network problems.
  • Purchases: amount, date, Cash Points delivered and the PayPal transaction ID.
  • Anti-cheat (PC): see section 3.

We do not ask for your real name, phone number or address.

2Payments

All payments go through PayPal. We never receive or store your card or bank details. We only receive the transaction details PayPal sends us, such as the transaction ID, amount and status. PayPal's own privacy policy applies to the payment.

3Anti-cheat

The PC version may use Easy Anti-Cheat by Epic Games while the game is running. It may collect information about your device (such as hardware and operating system), running processes and files related to the game, and your IP address, only to detect cheating. Epic Games processes this data under its own privacy policy. The web and Android versions do not use it.

4Why we use it

  • To run the game, save your progress and deliver the Cash Points you buy (needed to provide the service you signed up for).
  • To keep the game secure, stop cheating and enforce the Terms of Service (our legitimate interest).
  • To answer questions, fix bugs and handle refund requests.
  • To keep accounting and tax records required by law.

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or use tracking cookies. The website only uses your browser's local storage to remember your language, dark mode and login.

5Who can see it

  • Our staff, only when they need it to run the game and help players.
  • Service providers that help us run the service: server hosting and backups, PayPal (payments), Epic Games (Easy Anti-Cheat) and our email provider (reports and support).
  • Authorities, only when the law requires it.

Some providers may store data outside Thailand. We choose providers with suitable data protection safeguards.

6How long we keep it

  • Account and game data: while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days.
  • Purchase records: as long as accounting and tax law requires (usually no more than 10 years), even after the account is deleted.
  • IP addresses, server logs, chat and gameplay logs: up to 90 days, except data needed for an ongoing cheating or abuse investigation, which we keep until it is closed.
  • Reports and support emails: up to 2 years.

7Your rights

You can ask to access, get a copy of, correct, move, or delete your data, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email us with your username. We may ask for more information to confirm the account is yours, and we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) or your local data protection authority.

8Children

Wanderia is not meant for children under 13. If we learn that we hold data of a child under 13 without a parent's consent, we will delete it.

9Security

Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2 and a unique salt, the website uses HTTPS, and admin actions are logged. No system is perfectly safe, so please use a password you do not use anywhere else.

10Changes and contact
